The Bower opened on 4th Street SE with one conviction: that a great cup of coffee or a well-made cocktail deserves patience, not a rush. We source single-origin beans, make our own syrups and shrubs, and treat every drink like it's the last one of the night.
Whether you're grabbing a morning pour-over before work or settling in for an evening Old Fashioned, the standard is the same — craft first, speed second.
